Pierre Descent

DESCENT, Pierre Pierre Descent of St-Isidore Ontario passed away on February 19, 2018 in Ottawa. He was 57 years old. Pierre was born in Verdun, Québec. Beloved son of the late Marcel Descent and late Rita Campeau. He graduated from McGill's Macdonald Campus and worked at the Ottawa Research and Development Centre of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Ottawa for the past 18 years. Pierre leaves behind his wife Diane Lefebvre, sister Carole Descent and close family friend Amélie Cals. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. In memory of Pierre's love for animals, memorial donations may be made to an Animal Shelter in your region. Relatives and friends are requested to gather at the Salon Funéraire Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held later this spring.
