Monique Lafontaine

LAFONTAINE, Monique 1942 - 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Monique "Princess Moe" Lafontaine who has left us suddenly on Saturday, July 12th, 2008. Her loss will be greatly felt by Lynne Paquette (Michel Bourdeau), John Pollock (Ruthann), Sandy Pollock (Sylvie), Dan Pollock (Cindy) and her great nieces/nephews Chantal, Stephane, Kayla, Erik, Ryan, Andrew, Hayley, Jessica & Alyssa. Monique was predeceased by her parents Rolland Lafontaine and Lilliane Dube (nee Chartrand) and twin sister Odette Pollock. She is survived by her sister, Ginette. She will be sorely missed by all her nieces, nephews and stepbrothers and as well as the many friends who meant so much to her. No visitation by request. Memorial Service to be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes (435 Montreal Rd.) on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Regional Diabetes Society would be appreciated.
