Suddenly in Kahnawake on July 5, 2001, aged sixty-six years, passed away Mr. Wilbert Jacobs, beloved husband of Cecilia, cherished father to Eileen, Debbie (Dal), Johnny (Evelyn), Janice and Brad (Kirsten), grandfather to Dawn, Lance, Shawn, Sherry, Lee, John and Taylor, great-grandfather to Dakota, Hank and Austin. Also survived by sister Leona and brothers Joe, Bruce and Robert, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at Poissant & Deer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 9 at 11 a.m. in St.-Francis-Xavier mission, interment at Kateri cemetery. Montreal Gazette, July 7, 2001
