OBITUARY Richard George Ring APRIL 14, 1938 – JULY 6, 2018 - It was with Reverence, Vigilance, Compassion and Love from family, dear friends, our doctor and the palliative care unit team at the Jewish General hospital who attended to him on his journey home. Tenderly, I sang him to his final sleep. He shed a single tear to say goodbye. ''Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Nothing has happened. Everything remains exactly as it was. I am I, you are you''. Adoring husband to Ranee Lee, beloved brother to Clare, devoted father to Todd (Kathy), Leanna (Alain), Scott, and Marisa. Charles (Ana), Darrell (Lorraine), Michele (Ben). The best Papa in the world to nine granddaughters, seven grandsons, One great grandson, loving uncle, teacher and best friend. Celebrate the life of this great musician with us at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White, 5610 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montreal, on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9:30pm.
