FORTIER, Paul Victor "Pops" At the Ottawa General Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday, September 14th, 2013, aged 66 years. Paul's indomitable spirit and "joie de vivre" will be dearly missed by all. Beloved husband and best friend of Joanne (nee McAvinn), proud father to Kevin and Julie (Michael O'Neill) and doting "Pops" to Eleanor, Emmett and Adele. Cherished and devoted brother to Pierre (Nancy), Susan (Peter), Marie and Julie and treasured Uncle to 16 nieces and nephews. The family wishes to give special thanks to Dr. Carolyn Faught and the nurses at the Medical Daycare Centre of the General Hospital, as well as many others, too numerous to mention.
