Accidentally on Tuesday, July 10, 2001, Bruce Willis Acres of Winchester in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Erma (Scharf-Quinn). Dear father of Sheila Anderson, Judy Woods (Bob), Teresa Acres and Bob Acres (Marilyn). Loving grandfather of Mitchell and Kelly Anderson; Robbie, Lindsay and Brendan Woods; Landon Acres; Stacey, Brad and Shelley Acres. Stepfather of Wendy (Doug) McDonald, Jeff (Kelly) Quinn and Stephen (Jennifer) Quinn and their families. Brother of Arnold (Pearl) Acres, Dorothy McDiarmid, Helen (Lorne) Wyatt, Phyllis MacIntosh, Kay (Keith) Holmes and the late Carmen Acres (husband of Marion). Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, 6971 Bank Street (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Funeral Saturday in the Chapel for Service at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Casey McKibbon officiating. Interment All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Greely.
