U.S. Treasury, retired On July 12th, 2001 in Alta Loma, CA. Frank Dunnigan, 67 years. Beloved father of Michael, Patricia, Timothy, Carrie, Frank, Christine and Colleen. Predeceased by daughter Kathleen. Brother of Bernadette (Tierney), George and John of Ottawa. Frank will be remembered by his many friends in sporting circles in this region.
