Passed away at home after a long illness on July 21, 2001. Dear husband of Simone Pharand. Loving father of Denise, Helene (Philippe), Lise, Pierre (Lilianne), Jean-Marc (Gisele), Rachelle (Louis), Lynn, Michel (Terra-Lynn) and Danielle (Steven). Cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren. He is survived by 4 sisters Marguerite, MariLaure, Lilianne and Gilberte and also by 2 brothers August, Josepha and many sisters-in-law, nieces and nephew. A memorial service will be held on July 26, 2001 at the Notre-Dame de Lourdes Church, Vanier at 11 a.m. Arrangements entrusted in care of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home.
