Suddenly at Ottawa Civic Hospital on Thursday, July 26, 2001. Bill Diamond of Portland in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Hazel Desjardin. Dear father of Dale and his wife Debbie of Nepean. Predeceased by infant son, David. Fondly remembered by grandsons, Colin and Sean Diamond. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Sunday. Funeral Service in Portland United Church on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment Oxford Mills Union Cemetery (Monday 2 p.m.).
