Peacefully, at 92, on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Dear son of the late Bernard and the late Sadie. Devoted husband of the late Ruby for fifty-three years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Susan Figler and Allan Bernstein of Tampa, Florida, Pamela and Larry Strulovitch, Karen Figler and Peter Yaffy. Adored and cherished "Papa" of Arielle; Adam, Abra and Mike; Tara and Tzvi; Dylan and Ottilie. Proud great-grandfather of Asher, Jaxen, and Sadie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ghita and the late Frank Wolff of Ottawa; and predeceased by Miriam and Asher Shadmon, Shirley and Norman Smith, Sandra and Marty Mathias, and Bernie Klein. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff in the ICU at the Sacre Coeur Hospital for their care and compassion.
