Marilyn Trotter, age 67, of 708 Franklin Street, Ogdensburg, died Monday at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 2nd, at the First Presbyterian Church, Ogdensburg, with Rev. Carol Drew officiating. Calling hours will be Tuesday, July 31st, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, August 1st, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Frary Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery in Heuvelton. Mrs. Trotter is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James (Wendy) Flood of Ogdensburg, Lori of Ogdensburg and Shari Mitchell of Ogdensburg; two borthers and sisters-in-law, Preston and Linda Dell of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario and H. Wayne and Barbara Dell of Ottawa, Ontario; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Ellsworth (Helda) Hall of Delmar, N.Y.; one grandson, Adam Flood and one granddaughter, Meaghan Flood, both of Ogdensburg; three nephews, four nieces and several cousins. Mrs. Trotter was born February 22, 1934, in Ottawa, Ontario, the daughter of T. Harold and Lillian J. Bennett Dell. She attended Ottawa schools. She married Earl W. Trotter on September 12, 1953 in Ottawa. Mr. Trotter predeceased her on June 9, 1982. She worked as a legal secretary prior to her marriage in Ottawa. She worked for the Augsbury Corporation and then Griffith Oil until her retirement in 1994. Mrs. Trotter enjoyed reading, puzzles, gardening and her family.
