Peacefully in his eighty-third year in Ottawa, Ontario on Thursday August 9, 2001. Fred, beloved husband of the late Joan Shattuck. Sadly missed by his son Bill and daughter in law Kathy, his daughter Susan Kelly and her fiance Stuart Ash, and his grandchildren Anna, Sally, Alexandra and Cristina.
