Suddenly at home in Mississauga on Monday, August 13, 2001 in her eighty-ninth year. Beloved wife of the late Erich Schmidt. Loving mother of Arno and his wife Moira, cherished grandmother of Celia and Erich. Fondly remembered by her relatives and friends in Montreal and Toronto. A memorial service will be held in St. John's Lutheran Church, 3594 Jeanne Mance Street (at Prince Arthur) on Monday, August 20 at 1 p.m. remembrances in Eva's name to either the St. John's Memorial Fund at the church address or the Hospital for Sick Children, P.O. Box 18035 Stn BRM B, Toronto would be appreicated. Interment will follow the service in Mont Royal Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Blythe Bernier Funeral Home.
