Passed away peacefully at the Montreal General Hospital on August 14, 2001. Devoted and loving mother of Ian Manning (Diane), Ava Shaikh Edwards (LeRoy), Tammy Shaikh Kane (Tommy) and Dwight Shaikh. Loving and caring grandmother of Keagan, T.J., Tyriq, Tremaine, Tasia and Christian. Also survived by her sisters: Phyllis and Beryl, her brothers: Kenneth and Milton, as well as other relatives and friends. The visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux on Friday, August 17 from 2 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be celebrated at Fairview Alliance Church, 220 Hyman Drive, Dollard-des-Ormeaux on Saturday, August 18, 2001 at 11 a.m. followed by the interment at Rideau Memorial Gardens.
