Peacefully, in Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital, on Monday, August 20, 2001. Clifford Gerald Derochier in his 72nd year. Dear husband of the late Margaret (Peggy) Knox. Loving father of Leanne, Carey (Dave Pitt) and Janice (Brian Moreau). Adoring grandfather of Nathan Pitt. Beloved brother of Sylvia Desarmia of Arnprior. Brother-in-law of Audrey Savignac of Ottawa and Barbara Knox of Calabogie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two infant sons. Also predeceased by brother George (Gordy) and sisters Lucie Carbonetto and Doris Bedore. Son of the late Thomas Derochier and his wife the late Hilda Labbe. Friends may call at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Thursday from 6 p.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 8 p.m. with Reverend Blair Corcoran officiating.
