1924-2001. On August 20, 2001 at the age of seventy-seven years. Beloved husband of Antonina Hlywa, cherished father of Roman, Miron and Mary, loved and respected grandfather of Eve, Mia, Max, Gracey, Simon, Kayla and Bianca. Passed away peacefully after a long struggle with Parkinson's Disease. Visitation will be at Alfred Dallaire Funeral Parlour, 3254 Bellechasse from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 and Thursday, August 23. Panachyda Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Parish, 2388 Iberville at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 24, 2001.
