(nee DiGregorio) (Alice). 1922 - 2001. After a long illness, passed away peacefully with courage and dignity, on August 24, 2001, with her family at her side. Best friend and beloved wife of Adam of fifty-seven years. Loving mother of Mary (Robert Lamb) and Lina (Colin St. Pierre). Cherished grandmother of her "gems" Martin, Mathieu, Melissa and Jessica. She will be sadly missed by her family, Rose, Margaret, Helene, Albert (Connie) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. The family expresses their special thanks for the professional care and compassion to all the doctors, nurses and staff of the Institute Universitaire Geriatrie de Montreal. Donations to L'Institute Universitaire de Geriatrie de Montreal Foundation, 4565 Queen Mary, Montreal, would be appreciated. The family will receive relatives and friends at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 2805 Allard St. Funeral ceremony will be held on Monday, August 27, 2001 at 11 a.m. at St. Jean de Matha, Montreal.
