Janice Lane GUSTAFSON

(nee Gustafson) Died peacefully on Saturday August 25, 2001, in the loving arms of her husband Doug with Mom and Dad holding her hands at the age of 37, after a courageous battle with cystic fibrosis. Beloved wife of Doug Alward. Cherished daughter of Ken and Doreen Gustafson. Dear sister of Donna Filanowski (Paul) and Cheryl Row. Daughter-in-law of Stan Alward and sister-in-law of Cynthia Townsend (Jim). Also survived by nieces Courtney, Anna, Heather and nephews John and Andrew. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, (between Bayshore and Baseline Road), on Tuesday, August 28, 2001, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Wednesday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 400 Sparks Street at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated.
