Formerly of Ottawa (30 Armstrong Street). Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 25, 2001 in her 89th year in Toronto. Predeceased by her husband Patrick Richard. Loving mother to Frances, Barbara Shelley, Marlene Belkie, Doreene (Ron Switzer), Richard, Sandra (Donald Greer), Douglas (Diane) and Brian (Patricia). Devoted grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Mabel Dixon, Rhoda Camp and her brother-in-law Mayo Barb all of Ottawa. Friends and family may call the "Scarborough Chapel" of McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Road (east of St. Clair Ave. E.) on Tuesday, August 28, 2001. and at Hulse, Playfair & McGarry Funeral Home "Central Chapel", 315 McLeod Street on Wednesday, August 29, 2001. Funeral service will be held at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 320 Olmstead Street, Vanier, ON, on Thursday, August 30, 2001 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
