Suddenly at his residence in Lachute, Quebec on Monday, August 27, 2001 in his eighty-seventh year. Beloved husband of the late May Seale. Dear father of Basil (Joyce) and Bernice (Steve Pineau). Loving grandfather of Stephanie, Christine and Ryan. Also survived by his brother George, his sisters Rhoda and Grace and his sisters-in-law Jean and Emmy. Predeceased by his brothers Keith, Lawrence, Robert, Sydney, Stewart, Percy and his sisters Gertrude, Beatrice, Hazel and Pearl. Ernest was a veteran of WWII and a member of the Brownsburg Legion. Resting at J.P. MacKimmie Funeral Home, 660 Main Street Lachute, Quebec. Visitation Wednesday, August 29 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Thursday, August 30, 2001 at 2 p.m. from St. Aidan's Anglican Church, Louisa, Quebec.
