Baby Nicholas Huibert Michel Our precious Nicholas returned to be with the Angels on Friday, August 31, 2001. You fought long and hard to be with us but in the end you were needed elsewhere. You will be forever in our hearts and cherished by Mommy and Daddy, Caroline and Chris Dejardin, and big sister Stephanie. Dear grandson to Grandma and Opa (Mary and Herb van der Staay), Nana (Heather Ridley), Papi & Didi (Michel Dejardin and Diane Bastien). Great-Grandson to Grammy and Grand-Papa (Frances and Claude Jarry), Great-Grandma (Catherine McMenemy) and Pepe (Roger Dejardin). Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may pay their respects to the family at the Whelan Funeral Home, 515 Cooper St. (between Bay & Lyon) on Tuesday from 6 until 9 p.m. Mass of the Angels to Resurrection of Our Lord Church, 1940 Saunderson Drive on Wednesday September 5, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Hope Cemetery.
