After a lengthy illness, on Thursday, September 6, 2001, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Giuseppina Sovran and son of the late Giuseppe Cesaratto and Maria Tommasini. Dear father of Roberto (Valentina) and Tiberio. Loving Nono of Sasha and Nina. Brother of Umberto, Luigia and predeceased by Bernardo, Ines and Silvia all of Italy. Uncle to many nieces and nephews living in Italy. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road on Sunday. Funeral Mass Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Bernard's Church, 1720 St. Bernard Street, Blossom Park. Donations to Ottawa Regional Cancer Unit or the VON would be appreciated.
