Of Beaconsfield (PQ) on September 9, 2001, aged 74 years. In the company of her family. Daughter of the late Matilda and William Elliston and predeceased by her husband W.J. Dennis. Doreen will be dearly missed by everyone that knew her. Her sister Freda and brother-in-law Arthur Collier, her three sons Keith, Wayne and Graham, her daughters-in-law Suzanne Chappel and Nancy Nyisztor. Her adoring grandchildren Emily, Ryan and Julia, and all her friends and neighbours, bridge partners and acquaintances from the Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto communities. Known for her independence, cheery disposition, love of gardening and extensive knowledge on a wide variety of topics. She will be missed most for her thoughtfulness, kindness and love. She was taken from us early but we are grateful for the time she blessed our lives. Visiting hours Tuesday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The family will receive relatives and friends at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 281 Lakeshore Drive (bord du lac).
