RCN, RCAF, Dept of Transport Passed away peacefully at home on Monday September 10, 2001 surrounded by his loving family after a valiant battle with cancer, at the age of 72. Son of the late Michael A. Besharah (of Kafirmishky) and Mary Chippior (of Barry's Bay). Devoted husband for 53 years of Anne Sinclair Besharah. Loving father of Michael (Laura), Raymond, Steven, Glenn (Judi), and Gregory (Dawn). Caring grandfather of Jeffrey, Cory, James, Stephanie, Dwayne (Sarah), Raymond, Jodi, Aimee, Jennifer, Amanda, Adam (Colleen), Richard and great-granddaughters Amber and Alyssa. Brother of Ralph (Velma), Ronald (Betty), Kenneth (June), Donald (Marnie), Gary (Beulah) and Maureen (Larry Francis). Brother-in-law of Jim Sinclair (Rita) and Bob Sinclair (Gail). Special thanks to supportive family and friends; Dr. Franco Pietrobon and staff, Dr. Richard Mimeault and staff, Civic Hospital staff of section 3A, Victorian Order of Nurses and Community Care Access Centre. Friends and relatives may assemble after 9 a.m. on Saturday September 15, 2001 for a Memorial Service at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of McEvoy Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent St. Donations to V.O.N.
