P.Eng. Government Telecommunications & Informatics Services Suddenly at home on Saturday, September 15, 2001 at age 53. Loving husband of Pat. Proud father of Liam and Peter. Will be sadly missed by his brother Adrian of P.E.I. and sisters Johanna Burhoe of P.E.I. and Linda Deschenes of Ottawa. Predeceased by his parents Alphonsus and Maria. Joe was born in The Netherlands, raised in P.E.I. and has lived in Ottawa for many years. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Wednesday, September 19, 2001 from 6 p.m. until Memorial Service in the Chapel at 7 p.m. Reception to follow.
