Peacefully in hospital on Monday, September 17, 2001 in his 91st year. Arthur Bidgood who spent many years in Kingston and Grand Cayman Is., husband of the late Helen Lawson. Brother of Pearl Des Riviers (Bob) of Sarnia. Predeceased by sisters Marjorie Bidgood, Lilabell Austin, Dora Munro, Alma Cragg, Birdie Miller and brothers Cecil, Gerald, Herb, Ralph and Aubrey. Special thanks to the staff of Brookside Manor and Queensway Carleton Hospital for their loving care and support. Friends may call at the Valley Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington St., Carp on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment Whytes Cemetery, Fitzroy.
