Retired, R.C.M.P. Knights of Columbus Peacefully in hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, September 18, 2001 at the age of 68 years. Dearly beloved husband for 49 years of Florence "Jackie" McCaffrey. Loving father of Sister Johanna, g.s.i.c., Ken and Heather (Brown) Sisk of Limoges, Judy and Ken Potter of Lanark, Jackie and Les Hope of Ottawa and Kerry and Anne-Marie (Robinson) Sisk of Ottawa. Proud and loving grandpa of Jennifer, Megan, Melissa, Alexandre and Xavier. Brother of Joseph, Jack, Leonard, Joan, Catherine, Ray, Danny, Teresa and the late Daniel, Morrel, Arthur, Richard, Raymond and Leo. Dear brother-in-law of Ruth Lane and the late Jane Cook and Eleanor Montague. Gordie will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the St. Laurent Chapel, 1200 Ogilvie Road Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Friday 2 to 9. Funeral mass at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, 518 Donald Street, Saturday, September 22nd at 1 p.m. Interment in St. Martin's Cemetery, Martindale, Quebec.
