At Mount Sinai Hospital Center, Cote St. Luc, on September 19, 2001 after a short illness serenely and courageously endured. Beloved husband of fifty-nine years and best friend of Jean Elizabeth Allan. Treasured and much loved father of Judy (Jean Seris), Brian (Louise Montminy) and Karen (Michael McElligott). Dear grandfather of Sean and Jeffery Seris and Catherine Lewis. Visitation at the Kane and Fetterly funeral home, 5301 Decarie Blvd., (corner Isabella) on Friday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at Montreal West United Church on Saturday, September 22 at 2 p.m. A private interment will take place at Rideau Memorial Gardens, Dollard-des-Ormeaux. A rare and special man who will be missed and never forgotten. Thanks to the staff of the N.D.G. - C.L.S.C., and the palliative care team at the Jewish General and Mount Sinai Hospitals.
