Suddenly at Brockville General Hospital on Saturday, September 29, 2001 in his 70th year. Fondly remembered and loved by Shirlee Bonokoski of R.R.1 Athens. Predeceased by his wife Audrey Lee Greer. Dear father of Claude James (Sue) of Innisville, Sandra Bogan (Michael) of Ottawa and Marc James (Jodie) of Burlington. Sadly missed by eleven grandchildren and by stepchildren John Greer (Paula) and Mary Langmuir (Robert). Also survived by a sister Gladys Logie. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated in St. John Bosco Church, 175 Windsor Drive, Brockville on Tuesday at 10 o'clock. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery, Perth, at a later date. Donations to the Cancer Society or the Ottawa Heart Institute will be gratefully acknowledged. The Ottawa Citizen, October 1, 2001
