(nee Christensen). Peacefully at Inglewood Care Centre, West Vancouver on September 30, 2001 in her eighty-second year. Dearly beloved wife of Frank Love. Predeceased by her husband, Leslie Withers. She will be greatly missed by her children John (Bibi), Neil (Kathy), Cynthia (Bill Korchinski), and Victoria (Alex Morris). She was very proud of her eleven grandchildren: Amanda, Meredith and David Withers; Graham and Adriana Withers; Alex and Scott Korchinski; and Chris, Tim, Jessica and Brett Morris. Dorothy was born in London, Ontario and moved to Montreal where she brought up the family. In keeping close to family, she moved to Toronto and later to West Vancouver. Dorothy was active in the IODE acting as the Regent and hosting an annual lilac luncheon, a popular fundraising event in the Town of Mount Royal, Quebec. Dorothy will be remembered for her great love of family, keen sense of humour and generosity of spirit. Sincere thanks to Dr. David Martin and the staff at Inglewood Care Centre. A memorial service will be held at the Hollyburn Funeral Home on Marine Drive in West Vancouver on Saturday, October 6 at 2 p.m. the family would appreciate donations to the charity of your choice.
