Passed away in Montreal on October 10, 2001 at the age of eighty-eight. He was retired from the Montreal Star. Beloved husband of Lillian Armstrong. Dear father of Helen (Mike Peddle) and Michael (Diane Wraight). Cherished grandfather of Martin, Jody, Dean and Jeffrey. Loving great-grandfather of Richard, Allison, Megan, Jocelyn, Madeline, Nathan and Ally. Survived by many relatives and friends. Resting at the J.A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc., 5359 St. Michel Blvd. (corner Masson), Montreal. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 13 at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
