Peacefully, in hospital, on Tuesday, October 16, 2001, age 46 years, after a courageous battle. Con is survived by his wife Linda (nee Seto), his sisters Jean (Jim Hirlehey), Amy (Larry Imbleau), Eileen (Allen Ansel), brother Jim Cusack (Anna), and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his Mom and Dad and sister Sadie (Dave Davison) and nephew James Cusack. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa, on Thursday, October 18, 2001. and on Friday, October 19 from 2 p.m. until the service at 3 p.m. in the Chapel.
