Passed away peacefully October 16, 2001 in his eighty-ninth year at Santa Cabrini Hospital. Loving husband of the late Theodora (Dora) (nee Charysz). He leaves behind nephews and nieces in Canada, the United States and Ukraine. He will be sadly missed by his family and numerous friends. Visitation at Alfred Dallaire Inc., 3254 Bellechasse, on Wednesday, October 17 from 7 to 10 p.m., Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m., Friday from 8:30 a.m. Rosary at 7 p.m. and Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 19, 2001 at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukranian Church, thence to Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery. The Montreal Gazette, October 18, 2001
