Peacefully at Almonte Country Haven on Tuesday, October 16, 2001, Willas "Willard" Legree of Carleton Place, age 84 years. Beloved son of the late Henry Joseph Legree and his wife the late Maude Robertson. Dear brother of Mrs. Mary Ford of Vienna, Ontario and Randolph (Dorothy) of Almonte. Predeceased by 4 sisters, Mrs. Edith Gardiner, Mrs. Rose Cleroux, Mrs. Phylvia Weir and Mrs. Lillian Pye, and by one brother Lorenzo. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the C. R. GAMBLE Funeral Home & CHAPEL 127 CHurch Street, Almonte for visiting on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and where Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Rev. Fr. Gerard Monaghan officiating. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Almonte. Donations in memory of Willard may be made to Almonte Country Haven and would be greatly appreciated by his family.
