Q.C. Peacefully in hospital on Thursday, October 18, 2001. Beloved husband of the late Sue Kosidoy. Loving father of Judith Yaffee (Wayne) of Denver, Daniel (Catherine) of Ottawa and Debra (Gary Chapman) of Toronto. Cherished grandfather of David, Andrea and Jacob. Dear brother of Adelene Hyman and Clayre Kogan of Montreal. Predeceased by sister Bertha and brothers Samuel and David. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue, Ottawa. Interment at the Jewish Community Cemetery, Bank Street, Ottawa. Shiva private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, to the Red Cross USA Appeal or to the charity of your choice.
