(nee Ounsworth). Of Kelowna, BC, formerly of Brampton, Ontario, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2001 at the age of eighty-four years. Elsie was born in Ville St. Laurent, Quebec on February 6, 1917. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Leslie, of fifty-five years; son Ross (Linda) of Qualicum Beach, BC; daughter Catherine Symons (Ken) of Kelowna, BC; grandchildren Belinda Burke (Jamie McCrindle) and their son Cole of Ladner, BC; Tanya Burke (Rudi Seethaler) of Munich, Germany; one sister Margaret Wood of Victoria, BC and one brother Hilton Ounsworth of Airdrie, AB.
