Peacefully in Ottawa, on Monday, October 22nd, 2001. Robert W. "Trout" Ferguson (Retired after 28 years of Service with Canada Post, Ottawa) at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Eva "Babs" (Boyd) Ferguson. Cherished father of Bruce (Helen) of Carleton Place. Dear brother of Jean (Stewart) Duncan of Smiths Falls, Dorothy Frizell of Perth and Marilyn (David) Wiseman of Smiths Falls. Robert will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Kathleen "Kit" Taylor of Carleton Place, his nieces, nephews and many good friends. Friends paid their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth, on Wednesday, October 24, 2001 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral service was held in the chapel Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Pine Grove Cemetery, Lanark.
