Peacefully at Cobden while surrounded by loved ones on Saturday morning, October 27th, 2001. Norman James "Blondie" Booth of R.R. #1, Braeside at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of Fern (Nee Payer). Dearly loved father of James "Jim" (Marilyn), Steve, Norman Jr. (Darlene), Lori Kearns (Michael) and Lavina (Dave Schlievert), all of R.R. #1, Braeside and Dixie Tourangeau of Braeside. Dear brother of Garnet Booth (Muriel) of R.R. #1, Braeside, Dorothy Caldwell (Steene) of Toronto, Violet Bertrand (Paul) of Braeside, Pansy McGonigal (Jim) and Lavina Carmichael (late John), both of Arnprior. Predeceased by a brother, Carl Booth. Also survived by 7 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Tuesday morning, October 30th at 11 o'clock with the Rev. Dr. Richard Hollingsworth of Braeside United Church officiating. Interment will take place at the Malloch Road Cemetery followed immediately by a gathering in the Pilon Family Reception Centre.
