Peacefully in hospital, Renfrew, Ontario on Saturday, October 27, 2001, J.J. McCallum, aged 80 years, husband of the late Helen Madoar. Dear brother of Abraham and Emmit Savard. Predeceased by brothers Wes, Cecil, and Patrick Savard, and sisters Alma and Olive. Also predeceased by brothers of his adopted family, Ducie, George, and Danny McCallum, and sisters Lyla Kluke, and Ida McCorriston. Loved and missed by several nieces and nephews. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Monday, October 29, 2001 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, October 30th to St. James Roman Catholic Church for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Parish Cemetery.
