Patent Examiner - Retired After leading a dedicated and caring life, peacefully in hospital on Saturday, October 27, 2001, aged 76. Beloved husband of the late Emily Joyce (nee MacPherson) and loving father to Mary of Toronto and Philip (Atousa). Dear brother of Suzanne Effingham of Kitchener. John will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Monday, October 29. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, October 30, 2001 at 11 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
