He lived a masterpiece. Passed peacefully November 3, at The Oaks, Shelburne, Ontario. Husband of the late Thelma Moore Richardson. Father of Nancy Hamilton, Penny Matthews (the late David), and Danny (Marion). Grandfather of Jeff (Joanne), Tim (Jetta), Wendy (Mike), Laurie, Jo-Ann (Stewart), Joseph, Andrea and Patrick. Great-grandfather of Jennifer, Justin and Willem. Joe was close to many others, both family and friends, both here and in the hereafter. There will be a memorial service at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Shelburne, Ontario on Sunday, November 11 at 3 p.m. Interment of ashes, along side his bride, who he so dearly missed, will take place one fine day this Spring at Pinecrest Cemetery in Ottawa.
