Peacefully, in hospital on Sunday, November 4th, 2001 in her 75th year. Dearly loved wife of 51 years to Allan. Loving mother of Allan David (Anne Douglas), Christopher (Lorna), Barbara Lowe (Peter), Richard (Sylvia), and John (Lisa). Also loved by her eight grandchildren, Emily, Kamma, Jeffrey, John Allan, Mandy, Robbie, Katrina and Lucas. Dear sister of Anne Flegel (Don) and the late Robert Watt. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road, on Wednesday November 7th, 2001 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, November 8, 2001 at 11 a.m. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery. Contributions to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre Foundation, 503 Smyth Road, Ottawa, would be appreciated by the family.
