(nee Dempsey). Passed away peacefully at the Connaught Home, North Hatley, on November 6, 2001, in her eighty-first year. Beloved wife of Ronald Nourse. Cherished mother of Allan, Nancy and Dorothy (Michael Bugdale), also her five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mildred will also be sadly missed by her dear sister, Blanche (Aubrey French), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Waiting at Heaven's Gates to greet her were her parents, Ernest and Stella Dempsey, and numerous loved ones who had passed before. Resting at Cass Funeral Home, 545 Dufferin, Stanstead on Thursday, November 8 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, November 9 from 10 a.m. until departure for the Stanstead South United Church in Rock Island, where the service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment at Eaton Cemetery.
