was born on June 5, 1913 and passed away peacefully on November 8, 2001 at the Saanich Peninsula Hospial. She is survived by her loving husband, Grant; daughter Marg Clifford (Allan) of Victoria; son, John MacCarthy (Eadie) of Ottawa, Ontario; grandson, Steve Clifford; granddaughter, Kim Goodwin (Dave); great-grandsons Cameron and Jason of Victoria and many dear friends. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, 877 North Park Road, Victoria on November 15 at 2:00 p.m. Donations to the Salvation Army or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
