Peacefully at his side by his closest family, passed away November 9, 2001 at Royal Victoria Hospital after a lengthy illness at the age of fifty-three. Beloved husband of Grazyna Marut, dear father of Jan and Peter, son-in-law of Mr. Bronislaw Ksiazek. Survived by his beloved mother Jozefa Marut, his devoted brother Stan, sister-in-law Tina and his niece Alexandra. He will also be greatly missed by his cousins and friends in Montreal as well as abroad. After thirty-seven years of service at Velan, he will be sadly missed by all his co-workers. The family expresses healtfelt appreciation to nurse Irene Barallon of R.V.H. for her devoted care. Visitation on November 11 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. at Alfred Dallaire, 6201 Laurendeau (corner Jolicoeur). Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 12 at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church, 1660 Center street, Pointe St. Charles, thence to Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery, section S.
