Peacefully at Lanark Lodge, Perth, on Monday, November 19th, 2001, Edith C. (Watt) Riopelle in her 81st year. Wife of the late Michael Riopelle. Loved mother of Floyd (Marilyn) of R.R. #3, Lanark and the late Francis Riopelle. Dear mother-in-law of Marie Riopelle of North Augusta. Cherished grandmother of Rick (Jessica) Riopelle, Diane (Brad) Jackson and Randy Riopelle and Chris (Janinne), Angie and Michael Riopelle and great-grandmother of Britney Riopelle. Dear sister of Vern (Mary) Watt of Simcoe and the late Jack, Gordon, Merrill and Ron Watt and Ruby Pratt. Edith will be sadly missed by sisters-in-law Jean Watt of Hopetown, Joyce Watt of Algonquin, Carmel Watt of Portland and Sharon Watt of Perth. Friends may pay their respects at the Young Funeral Home, Lanark, Tuesday, November 20th, 2001 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Paul's Anglican Church, Lanark on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Pinehurst Cemetery, Playfairville.
