Beloved wife of Garry Picard and loving mother of Tyler Joseph (T.J.) and mother to Karah and Anna. Dear sister of Carl Carroll (Erin) and Claudine Menard (Yan). Loving granddaughter to (Gamma) Eleonore Carroll. Loved daughter-in-law of Oliver and Yvette Picard. Dear sister-in-law to Nancy (Ricky), Donna (Harold), Karl (Sharon) and Brenda.
