At the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Sunday, December 2, 2001, Jean Howes (nee Renwick) in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Howes. Loving mother of Muriel Ida Howes, Wayne Howes and Merle and his wife Murielle Howes all of Vankleek Hill. Fond grandmother of Michael, Charlene, Melanie and Sandra. Dear sister of Albert (Geraldine) Renwick of Merrickville, Hazel (Ralph McIntosh) of St. Elmo, Lloyd (Dorothy) Renwick of Waterloo and Royal (Leila) Renwick of Cornwall. Predeceased by her brothers Garnet and Earl. Also survived by her sister-in-law Freda Howes of Vankleek Hill. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may pay their respects at the Hillcrest Funeral Home, 151 Bond Street, Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Wednesday, December 5 from 2-4 and 7-10 p.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, December 6 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Fenaghvale, Ontario at 2 p.m. Followed by interment at the Fenaghvale Cemetery.
