At the Cornwall General Hospital on Thursday December 6, 2001 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of 58 years to Thorald Heagle. Loving mother of Joyce Quenneville (Jim), Cornwall; Helen Perry (Larry), Waltham, Quebec; Susan Pilon (Brent), Casselman, Ontario; and Brian Heagle (Lisa Carrier) of Cornwall. Loving "Nanny" of Peter Quenneville, Rhonda Perry (Mark Gale), Michael Perry (fiancee Jodi Temple), Craig Quenneville, Amanda and Jesse Pilon, Mathew and Sarah Heagle; and great Nanny of Jacob Gale. She will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Doris Throp, Leo Spence (Mary), and Gerald Spence (Florence), all of Allumettes Island, Quebec; Olive Riviere, Cornwall; and Christina Gagnon (Clifford) of Chapeau, Quebec. Dear sister-in-law of Guelda Merpaw, Verna Gagnon, and Earl Heagle (Marie), all of Cornwall. Predeceased by her parents James and Christina (Bonah) Spence; her infant twin sister Beatrice; brother Joseph Lepage, and Zephyrin Spence; and sister-in-law June Loney. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall from 2 p.m. Sunday December 9th. (The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Columbans Roman Catholic Church, 36 Fourth Street, West, on Monday December 10, 2001 at 11:00 a.m.) Rite of Committal St. Columbans Parish Cemetery, Cornwall.
