Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Gorge Road Hospital December 9, 2001. She was predeceased by a sister Pauline Hobbs and is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, Ken. Funeral service will be held at the Sands Funeral Chapel, 1803 Quadra Street, Victoria, B.C. on Wednesday, December 12, 2001 at 2 p.m. Cremation entrusted to Hatley Memorial Gardens. Inurnment will follow at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar, B.C. at a later date. No flowers by request. If friends so wish, donations may be made to the Victoria Hospice, 1900 Fort Street, Victoria, B.C. or the B.C. Heart and Stroke Foundation, #1-947 Fort Street, Victoria, B.C.
